Communications and Support Coordinator, Marissa Adams (she/her)

Marissa is the Communications and Support Coordinator at InterConnect, a role she had since 2020.  In her role, she supports intersex adults, children, and their families, welcoming them into to a space where they feel celebrated and supported.

Marissa is also the liaison for InterConnect‘s board of directors and the Medical Advisory Board.  Marissa has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Towson University and is also interested in research focused on behavioral health and trauma informed medical care.
